The €4,000 GTM Analysis fee is credited towards the Operator-Led Talent Selection. If 15% of your hire's annual salary comes to €4,000 or less, the Operator-Led Talent Selection is included at no additional cost.
Example: You hire a marketer at a €60,000 annual salary. The Operator-Led Talent Selection fee is €9,000 (15%). Less the €4,000 already paid for the GTM Analysis, you pay €5,000 net.
